Welcome to Jenthielle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jenthielle website, jenthielle.com (the "Site"), and any purchases made through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices, shipping charges, and other applicable charges are displayed during the purchasing process.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by us, except where an order is affected by an obvious pricing or information error.

6. Orders

When you place an order through the Site, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Product availability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Duplicate or unusually large orders

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Errors in shipping or billing information

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment information is processed through the payment provider selected during checkout.

We do not need to receive or store your full payment card number in order to process your purchase. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

8. Shipping

We currently ship orders to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is $4.99.

Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Orders totaling $35 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at service@jenthielle.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will do our best to accommodate requests received before the order enters processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled through the normal order-processing process.

If an order has already been shipped, you may contact us regarding the return options available under our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the date the order is delivered, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Returns must be requested by contacting service@jenthielle.com before the item is shipped back.

For standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers who want a different color, style, or item may return the original item according to our Refund & Return Policy and place a new order separately.

11. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our Site accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, including errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, images, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an error.

If an order is canceled because of an error, we will refund any payment received for the canceled order to the original payment method.
